👉🏾 When a company has to downsize/cut costs
👉🏾 When a company is bought out or merged with another organization (mergers & acquisitions)
👉🏾 When a company initially hired too many people and has to later reduce its workforce

‼️ Losing your job is hard. And while you can’t really prepare for it, you can give yourself the best possible chance to bounce back by starting NOW‼️

And even though we’re still in a sluggish job market, the bulk of hiring for Q4 is going to happen in September and October. As we near the holidays, hiring will slow down and it will become much harder to get in contact with recruiters and hiring managers.

If you’ve been putting off an application you want to submit, don’t wait any longer. Make sure your application materials are updated and get in where you fit in!
